1.)  4/27/09 meeting minutes approved.

2.)  Bills and financials reviewed and approved.

3.)  Concession stand income for the month of May = $2660. Concession stand product cost $2000.  The figures do not account for payroll for concession stand managers.

4.)  Saturday hours are 11:00am-8:30pm.  The concession stand will be open at 9am on Sunday 5/31 at 9am, breakfast sandwiches will be available that day.  No specials other than the standard menu will be available, unless previously authorized.  All food must be prepared in the concession stand.

5.)  Starting the 2nd week in June 6 flavors of ice cream will be available at the concession stand, Mondays thru Fridays 5-8pm.

6.)  The recreation committee is looking for volunteers to organize an Annual town Celebration on 7/18/09.  Any one who is interested in volunteering can contact the recreation committee.

7.)  Due to some turf issues on the multi purpose field, including compaction issues, it has been recommended that a 6 inch core aeration, top dress with sand, over seed, compost tea and Sustane fertilizer be applied, providing there were no concerns raised by the park trustees after the trustees and an opportunity to research the Sustane fertilizer.
