In Attendance:  Bruce Cilley, Mike Motherway, Kristy Blundell, Mike Delsesto, Donna Carter.

1.)  Bills and financials reviewed and approved.

2.)  School field day will be held at the park on 6/22, raindate 6/23.

3.)  Bike rack to accomodate 18 bikes will be installed.

4.)  Weather permitting, concession stand hours for May and June will be Monday thru Friday 5pm to 8:30pm.  Saturdays 11am to 8:30pm.
