Meeting Minutes April 1, 2009

In Attendance: Donna Carter, Bruce Cilley, Mike Delsesto, Mike Motherway, Kristy Blundell.

1.) Coordination meeting for Down to Earth Landscapes, Nature's Way Land Care and Hillside Irrigation was held at the park.

2.) Coordination meeting with concession stand managers reviewing schedules, menu items, pricing and expectations.

3.) Reading of the minutes. March 18th, 2009 minutes finalized and approved.

4.) Bills and financials reviewed.

5.) Trust needs finalized copy of playing schedules in order to coordinate the concession stand opening and hours of operation for the duration of the season.

6.) Seacoast Tree has completed the tree clean up.

7.) Per John Bell, Sawyer Field conditions are far too wet to complete any work. Bell & Flynn will move forward with completion of punch list items when the fields are amenable to doing so.

8.) Banner sales letters have gone out to hundreds of local businesses. Positive responses from many businesses, wanting the opportunity to advertise at and show their support of the park, have been received.

9.) Purchasing of skateboard park equipment will be reviewed in 60 days.

10.) Bike rack will be purchased or donated in the coming weeks.
