December 13, 2007
In attendance: Bruce Cilley, Mike DelSesto, Rich Powers, Stefanie Johnstone, Mike Motherway
Review of current plans.
Review of work to be done in spring.
Discussion about using Hayden Hillsgrove as the Stone Mason Contractor for the project.
It was agreed that the Town’s past working relationship with Hayden was positive, pricing competitive, and having the stone work done at the park be consistent with that of Town Hall is prudent. Rich Powers made a motion to use Hayden Hills Grove as the mason contractor for the project, seconded by Mike Motherway with 4 voting in favor. Michael DelSesto recused himself from the vote.
