In Attendance:  Bruce Cilley, Donna Carter, Mike Delsesto, Kristy Blundell, Mike Motherway.

1.)  Gary from Hillside Landscaping provided a presentation on how his company could successfully implement an organic turf care program at the park.

2.)  Bills and financials reviewed.  1/09 electric bill Sawyer Field = $44.57, Sawyer Park = $150.90. 
1/09 phone bill = $31.25.  Estimate for damage sustained from frozen pipe was obtained.  Exeter Decorating quoted $180.00 for the repair of affected flooring in the concession stand.  Thurston Plumbing and Heating quoted $616.00 for the reinsultion of duct work in the basement, the toilet and the sink drain in the womens bathroom.

3.)  2009 turf care and maintenance specifications were reviewed.  Bid packages will be available to interested parties on 2/18/09 in the Kensington town hall, monday thru thursday, 9am-1pm.  An opportunity to walk through the park for interested parties will be available on 3/4/09 only.  Bids are due back to the town hall by 3/11 at 1pm. The bids will be reviewed at the Trustee meeting on 3/18. A recommendation will be submitted to the Board of Selectmen for their meeting on 3/23. 

4.)  Board of Selectmen will review what should be expected of a baseball field day and who should be responsible for such. 

5.)  As well, the Board of Selectmen will discuss the possible appointment of a baseball, soccer and field manager.
