July 2, 2008
In attendance: Bruce Cilley, Mike DelSesto, Donna Carter, Mary Jane Solomon, Mike Motherway
Ongoing discussion about roles of Trustees in relation to the Town.
Maintenance and care of the park is in described in the founding documents at trustees purpose vs. facilitating recreational activities/usage.
Field manager would be helpful.
How will fees be set and handled:
Pavilion, concession stand, 4 fields, band stand, day vs. night, non-profit vs. profit, resident vs. non-resident, waiver of fees.
Fee schedule long overdue.
Construction process was discussed.
Last few items before opening day will be done.
