Construction process was discussed. Additional improvements will need to be made. Additional funds were deposited. Transfer of Deed was completed before year end. Clarification of procedures and process was reviewed. Budget update. Talked about how checks will be handled. Will 2 signatures be required?
Intent to open park on day 1 with all needs met. Groups, teams, meadow, wall, trees.
Need to flush out details on additional improvements.
How bills and revenue will be handled was discussed. Ongoing discussion. How will maintenance expenses be handled?
